We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Tracked delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

All orders are shipped using a tracked service. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Processing Times
• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
• During busy periods, launches or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always do our best to send your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and local postal services.

United Kingdom

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 working days after dispatch
Please note: Orders to the UK may be subject to customs duties, VAT and handling fees, depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
European Union (excluding Ireland)
• Standard Shipping (Tracked): €14.95
• Free Shipping: orders over €350
• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 working days after dispatch
Some destinations may occasionally experience delays due to local customs or postal services, which are outside our control.
Rest of World
(For example: USA, Canada and other international destinations)
• Standard Shipping (Tracked): €24.95
• Free Shipping: orders over €400
• Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 working days after dispatch
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
• A shipping confirmation email, and
• A tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasionally delays can happen due to:

• Weather events
• Customs processing
• Peak season (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday)
If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking information, and we will investigate with the courier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
• We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can arrange re-shipment once the additional shipping cost has been paid.
